From the VAI login screen, click Forgot my password and enter your email address. Validate and follow the instructions sent to your email.
If you’re already logged into your VAI account, simply click the My Account icon in the top right corner and choose MY PROFILE. Then navigate to the SECURITY tab and click Change Password.
