With two-factor authentication, only you can access your account on a trusted device. When you want to sign in to a new device for the first time, you'll need to provide two pieces of information—your password and the six-digit verification code from an authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator (links: Apple App Store and Google Play Store)
- Microsoft Authenticator (links: Apple App Store and Google Play Store)
- Authy (links: Apple App Store and Google Play Store)
When enabling two-factor authentication on your account, you will be prompted to scan a QR code OR enter a key into the authenticator app. You will also receive a unique key to use as a backup code.
If you don’t have access to your phone or are unable to provide the six-digit code from the authenticator app, please contact us as support@viridios.ai for assistance.
If you disable two-factor authentication, any previously generated key will become obsolete and you will need to delete the account from the authenticator app.
Note: Please be aware you will only be able to print your backup key if you are accessing from a desktop.
